For cleaners

Quoting software for cleaners and cleaning businesses

Most cleaning work is priced after a ten-minute look round, by the hour, by the visit or by the job. QuoteGlide turns that look round into a proper draft quote at your own rates, with the repeat visits kept separate from the one-off work.

Free plan available. No credit card required.

Cleaning gets quoted more often than most trades and in smaller amounts, which is exactly why the paperwork hurts. A regular domestic, a deep clean, an end of tenancy and an office contract are four different quotes, and three of them are worth less than the time it takes to type them up properly.

So they go out as a text message, or they go out three days late, or they do not go out at all.

QuoteGlide makes the quote the quick part. Speak the job into your phone while you are still standing in the hallway, and the AI composer prepares a proper draft priced at your own hourly, per-visit or per-job rates.

The parts of a cleaning quote it keeps hold of

The composer works from what you describe, which for this trade usually includes:

  • The kind of work: regular domestic, deep clean, end of tenancy, after builders, or a commercial contract.
  • Hours and team size, because two cleaners for five hours prices differently to one for ten.
  • Rooms and areas as separate lines: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, communal areas and stairwells.
  • The jobs that always get argued about: oven, interior windows, inside the fridge, cupboards and high-level dusting.
  • Consumables and equipment, and whether you supply them or the customer does.
  • Repeat visits priced per visit, kept apart from the one-off clean that starts a contract.
  • Access: keys, alarm codes, parking, and the hours the building can be worked in.
  • Exclusions, written down: exterior windows, carpet cleaning, anything needing specialist equipment.

The ten-minute look round

Talk while you look. Three bed, two bath, oven inside and out, interior windows, two of us for five hours. Fortnightly after that, same team, two hours.

You get one draft with the first clean and the repeat visits on it as separate lines, so the customer can see what starting costs and what continuing costs. Nothing is retyped, and the quote goes out while the property is still fresh in your head.

A worked example: end of tenancy, then a regular clean

Spoken in the hallway on the way out, in the words a cleaner would use.

Spoken or typed notes
End of tenancy for Amara at 14 Bell Court. Three bed, two bath. Oven inside and out, interior windows, inside the fridge and the cupboards. Two cleaners, five hours each at 32 an hour. We supply everything, 40 for consumables. Not doing the exterior windows or the carpets, they need a machine. If she keeps it on after, fortnightly, two hours, 76 a visit.

The draft that comes back

End of tenancy clean, 3 bed and 2 bath
Included
Oven, interior windows, fridge and cupboards
Included
Labour, 2 cleaners for 5 hours at $32
$320
Consumables supplied
$40
Excluded: exterior windows, carpet cleaning
Not quoted
One-off total
$360
Fortnightly clean, 2 hours, quoted separately
$76 per visit

The repeat visit is its own line, so accepting the deep clean does not quietly commit anybody to a contract. The two exclusions are the two that turn into a complaint when they are only ever said out loud.

Your rates, and no invented hours

QuoteGlide does not guess what a job should cost. It uses the rates, services and prices supplied by the business and asks for confirmation when information is missing or uncertain.

It does not decide how many hours a property needs, and it does not know what an end of tenancy goes for in your area. You give the hours and the rate; the draft does the writing and the arithmetic on the figures you supplied.

Repeat work, and the answer you plan the week around

A cleaning business plans its rota around which quotes said yes, so an unanswered one costs more than the job. QuoteGlide follows up automatically around days 3, 7 and 14, under your business name, and stops every reminder the moment the customer accepts, declines or asks a question.

You also see when the quote was opened, which is the difference between a customer still thinking about it and a quote that never arrived.

Questions people ask

Short, factual answers about what this does and where it stops.

Can I quote a repeat cleaning contract?
Yes. Price the repeat visit as its own line, separate from any one-off deep clean that starts the contract, so the customer can see what starting costs and what continuing costs.
Can I quote by the hour, by the visit or by the job?
Yes. Whichever way you price, describe it that way: hours and team size, a per-visit rate, or a flat job price come through as the lines you dictated, at the rates you set.
Does it handle the extras customers always ask about?
Yes. Oven, interior windows, inside the fridge, cupboards and high-level dusting can each be their own line, and anything you are not doing is written onto the quote as an exclusion.
Does my customer need an account to accept?
No. Your customer opens a secure link and can accept, decline, ask a question or request changes from that page. There is no account, no password and nothing to install.
How much does QuoteGlide cost?
