These are the third-party providers that process service data to run QuoteGlide, what each one is for, and what categories of data it handles. Processing locations and current operational details are available from each provider's own privacy documentation, linked below.
Supabase
Database, authentication, and file storage. All application data: account, workspace, customer, quote, and email-log data. See Supabase's privacy documentation.
Vercel
Application hosting, edge network, and privacy-friendly site analytics. Request data and application content in transit. See Vercel's privacy documentation.
Resend
Transactional email delivery. Recipient email addresses, email content, and delivery, bounce, and complaint events. See Resend's privacy documentation.
Polar
Subscription billing, as merchant of record. Account email, subscription and payment status. Card details are processed by Polar, not by us. See Polar's privacy documentation.
Anthropic
AI drafting and the workspace assistant. Business, quote, and customer content sent when AI features are used. See Anthropic's privacy documentation.
OpenAI
Voice-note transcription. Audio of voice notes (not stored). See OpenAI's privacy documentation.
Google (Google Analytics)
Marketing-site analytics only. Usage data on marketing pages. Does not run on quote pages. See Google's privacy documentation.
