Terms of Service
Last updated: August 22, 2026
These terms apply when you create an account or use QuoteGlide. They are written in plain language on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.
Who we are and how this agreement forms
QuoteGlide is operated by [being finalized — contact support for operator details]. When we say "we" or "us" in these terms, that is who we mean.
The agreement between you and us forms when you sign up: you accept these terms and the privacy policy explicitly at signup, and we record which version of each you accepted. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind that business.
The service
QuoteGlide helps you put a quote together: on the editor's own sheet with line items, from one of your templates, or as an AI-drafted starting point written from your notes. You can also upload a quote you produced elsewhere (PDF, PNG, or JPEG) and use QuoteGlide for the delivery and follow-up alone.
The service emails the quote to your customer, follows up on a schedule until they answer, and gives them a private page where they can accept (by typing their name), decline, ask a question, request changes, or ask to be reminded later. A message thread between you and your customer lives on the quote. Team workspaces with roles and invites, an AI assistant, and — on the Business plan — custom sending and quote-page domains are part of the service too.
It is not a CRM, scheduling, invoicing, or payment product. Accepting a quote records your customer's decision. It does not take their money, and no payment ever runs through QuoteGlide.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.
- Provide accurate account and business information, including the mailing address required before sending quotes.
- You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for what they do in it. Assign roles with that in mind.
Your content
The business, customer, and quote content you put into QuoteGlide is yours. You grant us only the limited permission we need to host, process, display, and transmit it in order to operate the service: storing it, showing it to you and your team, sending the emails you ask us to send, and — when you use AI features — sending the relevant content to our AI providers to produce a response. We claim no other rights in your content.
Lawful contact and anti-spam
QuoteGlide exists to follow up on quotes people are expecting, not to send marketing. You may only send quotes and reminders to recipients who requested a quote from you, have an existing customer or business relationship with you, or have otherwise given you permission to contact them.
Before the first email goes to a recipient, you must confirm which of those applies. That confirmation is recorded, along with who made it and when.
The following are prohibited:
- Cold outreach to people who have no relationship with your business and did not ask to hear from you.
- Sending to purchased, rented, or harvested email lists.
- Bulk unsolicited email of any kind.
- Impersonating a business or person you don't represent, or using deceptive sender names or subject lines.
- Harassing recipients.
When a recipient opts out of automatic reminders, that choice is honoured automatically. You must not attempt to circumvent it, for example by re-adding the recipient under a different address. We may suspend sending, or an account, in response to abuse, high bounce rates, or spam complaints.
Your quotes are yours
You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, taxes, and scope, for delivering the work you quote, and for any contract that forms between you and your customer. QuoteGlide records an acceptance — the typed name, the signature given, the time, the quote version, a fingerprint of the accepted content, and the confirmation wording shown — as evidence of what was agreed. Capturing a signature does not change what that record is: it is an online acceptance record, not a certified digital signature, and we don't guarantee that a court will treat any particular acceptance as a binding contract.
AI features
AI drafts are a starting point, not advice. They may be inaccurate, and you must review the prices, scope, and wording of anything the assistant produces before you send it: the quote your customer receives is yours. Nothing the AI features produce is legal, tax, or other professional advice.
How email and reminders behave
- Every customer-facing email carries a footer identifying your business: name, mailing address, reply-to, phone when available, and the quote reference.
- Quote deliveries and automatic reminders include an email-preferences link the recipient can use to stop automatic reminders, without an account and without contacting anyone.
- Automatic reminders stop on their own when your customer accepts, declines, asks a question, or requests changes.
- Addresses that hard-bounce or raise a spam complaint are suppressed and the quote's reminders pause. Repeated complaints can pause a workspace's automatic sends pending review.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is available at no charge within its limits. Paid plans are billed in advance at the prices shown on the pricing page, on whichever interval you choose at checkout. Billing is handled by Polar, our merchant of record; your payment details never touch QuoteGlide.
- Monthly or yearly. A yearly plan costs ten months of the monthly price, two months free, and renews once a year instead of every month.
- Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial it becomes a paid subscription at the price shown when you signed up, unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged.
- Allowances are monthly on both intervals. Quotes sent and AI credits reset each calendar month, including on a yearly plan. A whole year's allowance is never available at once.
- Add-on AI credit packs are one-time purchases that top up the current month only. Unused add-on credits do not roll over.
- If you cancel, your plan does not renew and stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for: the end of the month on monthly billing, the end of the year on yearly.
- No refunds. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the period you are already in, and part-used time is not credited back, on monthly or yearly billing alike. If the law where you live gives you a refund right, that still applies.
Suspension and ending your account
We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, abuse of the sending rules above, or illegal use. You can delete your account at any time. What happens to your data after that is set out in the privacy policy's retention section — export anything you want to keep before you delete.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may improve or change features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
Warranties and liability
QuoteGlide is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before a claim. We are not responsible for lost business resulting from a customer's decision on a quote.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing in them affects consumer rights you cannot waive.
Governing law
The governing jurisdiction for these terms is [being finalized — contact support for operator details].
