How the limits actually work

The rules behind the numbers, so nothing in the table is a surprise later.

What counts as a quote

A quote counts on the month you send it. Drafts are free and unlimited, so build and revise as much as you like. Follow-up reminders on a quote you already sent never count again, however many go out.

How AI credits are spent

One credit covers a piece of AI work: drafting a quote from your notes, or the in-app assistant setting something up for you. A generation that fails costs nothing at all.

When allowances reset

On the 1st of each month, on every plan. Yearly billing does not change that: you get your allowance monthly rather than a year of quotes to spend whenever you like.

Running out early

Sending pauses until the reset, and everything already sent carries on: live quotes, running follow-ups, customers accepting or declining. Credit packs top up AI credits for the current month from $10, and upgrading lifts the ceiling straight away.

Cancelling stops the next payment and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. There is more in the billing documentation, and the full terms are in the Terms of Service.

Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it does not expire. The Free plan sends 3 quotes a month with 10 AI drafting credits, and it runs the same automatic follow-up as the paid plans. No card is needed to start.
What counts as a quote?
A quote counts on the month you SEND it. Drafts are free and unlimited, so you can build, revise, and abandon as many as you like. Follow-up reminders on a quote you already sent never count again, however many go out.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Sending pauses until the 1st, when the allowance resets. Nothing already sent stops: quotes stay live, follow-ups keep going out, and your customers can still accept or decline. Upgrading lifts the ceiling straight away rather than at the start of the next month.
What are AI drafting credits?
They are spent when the AI writes for you: drafting a quote from your notes, or the in-app assistant setting something up. A generation that fails costs nothing. Credits reset on the 1st with everything else.
Can I buy more AI credits without upgrading?
Yes. Credit packs start at $10 for 250 credits and top up the current month. They are one-off purchases, not a subscription, and unused credits do not roll over.
How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial with the full allowance of that plan. You are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Yearly is ten months for twelve, so two months are free. Pro is $240 a year, which works out at $20 a month. Yearly plans still get their allowance MONTHLY rather than a year of quotes to spend at once.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Settings, in either direction. A higher plan takes effect immediately. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I cancel, and do I get a refund?
You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. There are no refunds, on monthly or yearly billing, and part-used time is not credited back. If the law where you live gives you a refund right, that still applies.
What currency are the prices in, and who takes the payment?
All prices are in US dollars. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Polar, so QuoteGlide never sees or stores your card details.
