The plans
Free gets you started: 3 quotes a month, 10 AI credits, up to 25 customers, and automatic follow-ups on every quote. Pro raises the ceilings for a solo business: 75 quotes and 250 AI credits a month, unlimited customers, plus branding and reporting. Business adds your team (5 users), 300 quotes and 1,000 credits a month, white-label domains, advanced reporting, and priority support.
Annual billing pays for 10 months instead of 12. You can compare plans and switch any time under Settings → Plan & billing.
AI credits
AI features draw from your monthly credit allowance: drafting a quote costs 3 credits, an assistant message 1, a text rewrite 1, an omissions review 2, and a follow-up draft 1. Credits reset monthly and your usage is always visible under Settings → Plan & billing.
Need more in a busy month? Credit packs (250 for $10, 1,000 for $29) top up the current month. Add-on credits don't roll over.
Managing your subscription
Payments run through Polar, our checkout partner. Manage subscription opens your billing portal to update your card, switch plans, or cancel. Downgrading to Free is a cancellation: your data stays, and the Free limits apply from your next period.
