Sending quotes and automatic follow-ups
What happens when you press send, and how the reminder schedule works.
Last updated
Sending a quote emails your customer a secure link to their quote page. From that moment QuoteGlide follows up for you: gentle reminder emails go out on a schedule (around days 3, 7 and 14) until the customer responds.
Reminders stop themselves
The moment your customer accepts, declines, or writes back, pending reminders are cancelled. Nobody gets chased about a conversation that's already moving.
If a quote has an expiry date, an extra reminder goes out shortly before it expires so the customer knows the price won't hold forever.
“Remind me later”
Customers can ask to be reminded later from their quote page. Their follow-up moves to the date they picked (never past the quote's expiry), and the quote's timeline records that they asked, so you know the silence is deliberate.
Sending limits
Each plan includes a monthly sending allowance: 3 quotes per month on Free, 75 on Pro, and 300 on Business. Usage resets monthly and is shown under Settings → Plan & billing.
