What your customer sees

The quote page customers open: accept, decline, questions, and changes.

Last updated

Every quote email links to a clean, mobile-friendly quote page. Your customer doesn't need an account. The link itself is their access.

Accepting

To accept, the customer types their name to confirm. That typed confirmation is stored with the acceptance time, and the quote flips to Accepted on your side immediately.

Questions and change requests

Customers can ask a question or request changes without leaving the page. Their message lands in your workspace as a status you can see at a glance (Question received, Changes requested), reaches your reply-to email, and pauses further reminders. The ball is in your court.

Declining

A decline closes the loop politely. The quote is marked Declined, reminders stop, and you keep the record for your numbers.
