Getting started with QuoteGlide
From a fresh account to your first sent quote in a few minutes.

QuoteGlide sends your quotes and then follows up on them automatically, so nothing slips through while you're on the job. After you create an account, a short onboarding asks for your business name and trade. Those appear on every quote and email you send.
The dashboard
The dashboard shows your live numbers (quotes awaiting a reply, follow-ups sent, quotes accepted, and the value recovered), each with an eight-day activity chart. Below them sit your most recent quotes. The bell in the top bar collects anything that needs your attention.
Your first quote
Press New quote in the top bar. You can build the quote from line items in the editor, or upload a document you've already prepared (a PDF, for example) and let QuoteGlide handle the sending and follow-ups around it.
When you send it, your customer gets an email with a secure link to their own quote page. No account needed on their side.
Complete your settings
Under Settings, check your business details (name, phone, website), your currency, and your reply-to email, the address customer replies and questions are delivered to. It starts as the email you signed up with and can be changed any time.
