Notifications

The bell in the top bar has two halves. Attention lists quotes that need something from you (a question to answer, changes to make), and each row clears itself when you act on the quote. Recent activity is the news feed: viewed, accepted, declined, and bounced events from your customers.

Clear empties the activity feed; anything that happens afterwards shows as new. Attention rows can't be cleared away. They represent real outstanding work.
