The Assistant (top bar) answers questions about your own workspace (which quotes have gone quiet, what's waiting on you) and can prepare actions like follow-up drafts for your confirmation. It only ever acts after you approve.
Each assistant message costs 1 AI credit from your monthly allowance.
The support assistant is different
The Support page's assistant answers questions about how QuoteGlide itself works, grounded in this documentation. It's free to use on paid plans and doesn't spend your AI credits. If it can't help, it opens a ticket to a human.
